I agree on your point that a laser that's dropped is still a laser. Where the issue lies is with the apparatus that positions it relative to the vehicle and the apparatus that measures the light and converts it to an angle or two. With string... (see full post)
  • Kinda what I was thinking. If you're doing AutoX, then you can do hash-marks per run. If you're running HPDE or testing, then write down the number of minutes running with a circle around it on the sidewall. Log the total number at the end of... (see full post)
  • Hey Boss,Thanks for the insights. I did bring it to a couple mechanics and one said that's the firsty place to start diagnose the cause of misfires. I also got compression and cats checked and they are both good for now. Like others have... (see full post)
  • I'll come back and provide more info later this week. The quick short update:Conditions out of my control: Temperatures were extremely hot 85+ Monday, 93+ Tuesday. More cars/drivers than I have ever driven with in the Intermediate 2... (see full post)
  • Hey Junkyard Dog thanks for the insights. Yeah I've been looking at some Stainless Works High Flow Cats with metallic substrate. Also to your point about the heat I was at track just yesterday, it was hot in Atlanta and a friend ran his GT350. He... (see full post)

Make sure the Glock pads and the Hawk pads won’t interfere with eachother in terms of pad deposit on the rotors. I’m fairly sure that some deposit can gum up other pads (see full post)

My HPS5.0 are about half worn off, so I think I'm going to get some G-Loc R12/R10's and swap back and forth for track days and street/autoX. I already have spare rotors, so I just need the pads.I would like to make it to Mustang Roundup, but I... (see full post)

Make it to the Mustang Roundup in August and you will be able to pick a bunch of Mustang Maniacs brains. I hope to make it though I have a minor health issue that may cause me to miss, yet this is a " bucket list " event and it will help you... (see full post)
