Heavier components (iron flywheel, etc) when spinning at rpm, have substantial momentum to keep the rotating assembly spinning. Remove that, let off the gas, the engine should slow down faster. Was previously mentioned above. (see full post)
Agreed. I'm hopeful that these pads will have the same performance as the OEMs. I have absolutely zero complaints about the brakes on this car, and hope it stays that way. (see full post)
Be interesting to see if replacement pads are the same as the factory pads. Waiting for it to cool off a bit in AZ before swapping pads but it will be soon (see full post)

Does anyone have experience with the Ford Performance Boss 302R Electric Steering Rack? Wondering if that is an upgrade and changes feedback to the steering wheel.
As a big fan of aluminum flywheels I'd say stevbd is prolly on point. I've seen this occure after changing out the iron lump. There's still some braking, just much less than you're used to. (see full post)
