Opolis replied to the thread 1st track day in new (to me) car..I didn't like the Koni non adjustable (orange) on my S197 and switched them for Bilstein non adjustable with FP springs. Bilstein have worked well for me on a couple Mustangs over the years. Ford Performance kits are always a favorite... (see full post)

It's Ford-spec for your engine and it's the same formulation I use, just the right grade for the Cyclone.a 20 is too thin for track heat, and a 40 is thicker than your motor was designed... I can drive my other street mustangs on but winching is very slow and controlled which i prefer. Supposedly 1/2” on either side from max width but looks like a little... (see full post)
