We do see interesting dynamics occur every time a major series makes dramatic changes. The drivers who adapt quickly are not often the ones we initially suspect. I remember how the new Generation Cup cars caused numerous concerns with tires ... (see full post)
Thanks!I know I am on a far less than ideal line, I am fairly new to track and enjoying every minute of it.I will be running a HPDE with NASA in 2 weeks in which I’ll have an instructor which should really help me out. I have found knowing... (see full post)
I may also try to do the Seat Time but I need to get my diff cooler finished up and may not happen in time.If you dont end up using the intake let me know and I may need interested. (see full post)
@flyhalf Said this on the FB post but you can give Pro System Brakes a call and see what Alcon options they have to offer. I know AP is the go to but Alcon is also available for our cars. (see full post)
Haha yea the car will never be in that state again lol.The PMAS may not work at all because of the amount I would have to trim from the fan shroud. The radiator is thicker than yours but I’m not sure in which direction. Going to find out today... (see full post)
There's not even a question in my head. AP all the way. The taper wear is impossible to cure on a sliding caliper, so that's really not an option. Wilwood makes fine stuff for hot-rods and circle tracks. I'm not trying to dump on them, but... (see full post)

Friend of mine tried something similar to this with a S197 car, 15" six piston from the S550 and the prop valve from Wilwood. It was a disaster. The car saw the reduced pressure to the rear and the ABS kept adding rear brake bias until it locked... (see full post)
Hi David.
Unfortunately they took the voucher and my photos of it were lost. I can remember it was in a heavy yellowish manila envelope, maybe padded with cellulose. It felt like cheap, recycled paper, and inside was a low-grade paper with the... (see full post)
The first time you smash the brake pedal and it lets you keep it down all the way to corner apex you’ll forget how much you paid.Plus, the ability to dial it up or down depending on track conditions is amazing (see full post)
Awesome news! Hopefully we can hang out at the track again soon! I'll be at Watkins with Chin at the end of September. They still have spots available. (see full post)
Another direction to think about. No ABS is better than bad ABS. You can convert to a proper dual master cylinder with adjustable bias. Once you get through the trial and error of cylinder sizing for your calipers, pad compounds for the... (see full post)
Ford system is a bit more sophisticated than the GM systems, especially the earlier Gen Camaros and Corvettes. But the Ford system has g level limits where when the calculations on brake pressure, speed and deceleration rates go off the tables... (see full post)
