Raising the front will give you less static camber than if it's lowered. I'm not sure with that much camber you will have the inner side clearance needed to tuck such a big tire. But worth the shot. (see full post)

Legit.I have a scoop as well as a pump and cooler on my MT82. Lockout is usually attributed to your clutch. A heavier clutch over works the syncs and causes lock out. (see full post)
