Hey All, we wanted to start pulling the wraps off of some of our in-shop builds and figured we would start it off with a bag. You'll be able to read and follow along with all of our builds on our blog on the corteX website under "Customer Cars." The specific link for this one is.. https://www.cortexracing.com/blog/customer-cars-2/operation-hate-mail-8

Introducing Hate Mail, a LS7 powered '67 K-code car designed to take no prisoners. Read on in the blog and for now, enjoy some eye candy.

What're you guys using for bulkheads in the hard lines? are those AN lines? 37 degree single flare or double?

Any new updates guys? @cortexracing
Yep, should have a pretty sizable update coming soon. The car is currently largely stripped down for finish welding. So, even though we are cruising right along it doesn't "look" that much different than our last update.

We do have a new build thread that i will get posted here this week on another project we are working through.

Great eye candy. First, those beautiful spindles/uprights!

Criticism for the LS not because it’s Ford v Chevy. So am I horribly wrong the main LS advantage is compact heads and mass production cost benefits?

Yes it’s more expensive but the breathing is smashingly better, drivability over a wide rpm range much better, and more — in a well designed 4 valve engine. You’re already in high dollar tech with everything so a pushrod V8? Matt Farah once said of the LS that it gets in its own way. If response is a priority, he’s right. It’s a great engine with so much available power, doubtless. But really, for a long time, better has been accessible.
