Makin' more dough
Type '00' flour:

Just made one with the '00' flour to check the volumes on the posted recipe. Took just shy of 3 cups total. 1 '00' cup and the balance all-purpose. Used closer to 5/8 cup instead of 3/4 cup for the yeast/water solution.

All-purpose:










Made two with all-purpose flour. Took right around 5 cups for both, so 2 1/2 cups each.
