While I'm new to this site, some of you I'm familiar with either by meeting at a track event or recognizing your car.
My addiction started in 09 at the Mustang 45th Anniversary in Birmingham via Team Shelby track day pass giveaway.
I would spend the next few years going to various track days (a couple per year). As time progressed, decided it was time to look for a project to build into a dedicated track car.
Fast forward to 2013, the year after Hurricane Sandy hit the East Coast, Dean Martin was selling a flood salvage 07 Shelby GT.
Quick drive to the East side of the state for inspection and a deal was made.
The initial interior disassembly would take place in front of the small 2 stall attached garage as the new "man cave" ground breaking wouldn't take place for a few months.
Learned the hard way that it's not this difficult to remove the dash form S197's
More to come.
