- Car was bought new and I took delivery in December 2009. Odometer reads 75000 miles and there is only 6000 miles on the new engine. I initially added parts for drag racing, but was quickly turned on to hpde and Auto-x. Nothing is too extreme, but the car has always done what I wanted it to handling wise. Those days are behind, and now the car is just a street toy. She really shines 60-130 so most racing is done that way, in “Mexico” of course. It has decent speed but I guarantee it handles better than 90% of Mustangs on the road.
Next steps are fuel system upgrades and adding boost. I think all bases are covered and it’s finally time to put on the smaller pulley
