Sound limit issues with Kooks headers and H pipe?

I appreciate the insights from you guys on this. I wonder if the catted Kooks pipes make much of a difference. Seems there’s no easy solution.

Sound limit issues with Kooks headers and H pipe?

I am considering making the move to Kooks long tube headers with H pipe (no cats). I have a Corsa exhaust on my 2012 Boss 302.For those of you with a similar setup, will I need to worry about exceeding the sound limits on track? If so, will the catted H pipe make a big enough difference?One...

Anti submarine strap floor drilling location - advice needed

I figured it out. Just had to go a bit wider and farther back with the holes than I had originally planned.

Anti submarine strap floor drilling location - advice needed

I'm installing Scroth 6 point harnesses and Cobra Sebring Pro-Fit seats on top of planted performance seat mounts. Everything is fine except for this: based on the proper locations where the 2 holes should be drilled in the floor for the submarine straps harness bolts (at least on the driver's...

Why you should check your wheels religiously

Sorry for the later response to ArizonaBoss - I didn't speak with anyone at Enkei. I worked with Summit Racing customer service and they replaced it right away after reading the warranty. I'm sure they connected with Enkei directly.

Why you should check your wheels religiously

This is what I found when I did my post-event wheel cleaning and inspection. This had to have happened while on the track at Palmer but I never noticed it until this weekend. I didn't go off track or even hit anything that I can recall, but you can see the spoke is cracked all the way through...

    Roof rack for track tires?

The set comes with pads to put under the clips. I reinforced those with tape and there are no signs at all of wear or marks on the trim. Works great for me so far.

    Roof rack for track tires?

I finally bought and tested out the roof rack and it worked flawlessly. It's a Yakima product that I got at etrailer.comhttps://www.etrailer.com/roof-2012_Ford_Mustang.htmInstallation was easy. I didn't take pics because there's already a youtube of a guy putting one on his Mustang. Setting...

    Roof rack for track tires?

I want to find a roof rack to carry a track tire or two now that I have the Watson racing roll bar and can't fit all four tires in the car when adding a passenger. I've seen this set-up on other types of cars but not a Mustang so I assume it would work. Does anyone have experience with this? The...
