Yep it's about 1 second a lap advantage GT in dry but 3 seconds a lap in wet advantage Boss... we own them both ... GT now retired 12000 racing miles boss has now done 6000 miles

our alternators work overtime as they have to cope with electric power steering rather than hydraulic steering
and the more caster you have the harder it works

ps Boss motors love 1 7/8 long tubes both motors have over 400 lbft tq @ 3000 rpm @ the flywheel anyway

Engine let go because of a number of things. It had done 12hrs racing (shortest race 3hrs long )and we are still not confirmed on the actual cause but running around 8k all the time might be to much for the std Boss engine.
