I would do the pad bedding procedure, it will break-in the rotor as well. getting the pads up to temperature so they can transfer material on to the rotor is whats most important.-Thierry

I just rebuilt my controls arms to the same spec using prothane bushings, and steeda extended ball-joints, and Maximum Motorsports camber plates it rides excellent.
I would most definitely replace those o-rings, I had a similar leak to yours and the reason was because the O-ring was crushed and would not seal properly.
I have been looking at it too, Seems like even mishimoto has not really done any real track testing with this unit either which raises concern. Most are concerned about the quality of the actual heat exchanger the rest of the parts look solid though.
Might as well get a FRPP alluminator in the car, and just drop the engine build with MMR before they take your money. I know the Alluminator is nothing special compared to your build but it will give you the power and reliability you need.
I met Memmer at Sebring in January, He was kind enough to remove my clutch helper spring for me haha. His boss is on a whole other level though, insane build.
I dont know yet. I didn't buy a boss but if i had the chance to buy a gt350 I might, but I still think I would still want a boss regardless of the GT350's amazing specs. But if its 65K and above I would seriously considering buying a GT3 even though its twice as much.
