This is very last minute so im lacking details but there is a bill before the gov. concerning loud exhausts. In the past law enforcement needed to be at 50ft, with a decibel decibel reader to enforce the law. Now thanks to mostly the rice burners and their fart cans, the law has been rewritten and is basically up to the officer. It would be like giving out speeding tickets without a radar or laser measuring device. The law is so vague it includes blipping of the throttle, it's total BS. You could be sitting at a light in your Honda Civic, that is bone stock, and get a ticket for revving it up to let the clutch out at a stop light.

Here's the number to DeSantis, call even if you don't live here, tell them you visit and drive your performance car on weekends.
