Montreal Steak Seasoning. McCormick makes some. I use essentially the same thing from my local butcher shop. It’s basically the same stuff, just less expensive in larger quantities.

Bill, wife is on an email group called fruit truck or something like that.. they load up a refrigerator truck full of fresh fruits from around the country and have pickup points in the metro.. we get berries, peaches, pears, apricots etc. I can get you the info if you want.. have to purchase by the case/flat
