Collector Car Documentation

I have my order in for the 2013 Boss (non LS). What documentation should I be sure to get for collector car purposes and how do I go about getting it?

I have heard of 'build sheets' for instance. I have started with the dealer Purchase agreement and DORA... I am thinking of the dealer prep/inspection also.

Pick it up at the train yard if you can. Don't let dealer wash or wax it (do it yourself). Keep all papers. Keep plastic covers. Inspect for defects (you only have one week). Do not install the front license plate holder.
