Creak/rattle in passenger door

Before I go nuts trying to recreate this intermittent problem for the dealer, has anyone had a creak or rattle in the door that only occurs with the window up all the way? If so, what was it?

From my experience. I had a slight rattle and it was heat heat shield hitting the floor. I bent it down and the put some RTV in between the shield and floor.

Its more of a creak than that kind of rattle and its definitely in the door.
