Never Mind I saw the numbers....LOTS!!

Way more than necessary....yes.
I already threw away 50 HP and 100 lbs TQ with a bigger pulley/conservative tune when I converted it to road course use and frankly it feels slow to me. So, rather than shed more ponies I'd prefer to hook them up. If for no other reason than to do what I've been told I couldn't do. I love that shiznit.

I must say, I'm not crazy about the look, but AJ Hartman is supposed to be one of the most efficient wings and this is what they recommended for my setup....what do you guys think....too much?

The flares, yes. The wing, no. It's carbon fiber so I'd hate to cover that up, plus I think white would just make it look bigger.

Black is definitely a slimming color.

If you check the data, this wing produces an awful lot of down force with very little parasitic drag, which is why I chose it.

@100 mph and zero degrees of attack it produces 167 pounds of down force @ a cost of only 1.5 HP.

@ 100 mph and 5 degrees, it makes almost 250 pounds @ a cost of 3.1 HP.

@150 mph and 5 degrees it makes 560 pounds and only costs 10.6 HP.
That's pretty dang good...

I'm not a big fan of the winged look, so I decided if I was going to get one, it damn well better work. No ten dollar imitation wing with limited effectiveness was gonna do it, nope.
This is not decoration, this is a tool. Go big or go home.

The wing looks right at home on your Mustang R. With the new wing & rubber, your going to have one very Track capable Mustang. I would imagine with new handling characteristics.

Once you get the new set up all sorted, I will forward to seeing quite a few new PB track times.
