Is the Torsen Differential Ford Part Number M-4204-MB and what condition is it in?

I called Ford this morning and gave them the engineering number that was on the carrier and they gave me the Ford Part #CR3Z-4026A. My car had the upgraded seat and Torsen package as I had bought the car used. There are no problems with the diff whatsoever I just went another route with the car and didn't need the Torsen.
