The reason camber is so important, is that its effect is non linear, The difference in say 2. To 3. Is more than 1. To 2., Same with 3.0 to 3.5, it would be more than 1.0 to 2.5, that is why we are arguing over .5 degrees of camber.

Remember that time we burned the LF off the PWC car at Road America in race one, then added a couple tenths that night and won the race the next day... I love telling tire engineers how much camber we ran back then...
