This is cool to see you're taking this big time! I have a desk drawer full of business cards from our industry, the only time I see a border on a card is a white space. The vast majority have no border at all. I'd suggest a clean/sharp edge on the car image too, the fuzzy is tough to catch.

These are just my professional opinions and can be taken or left for what works best for you…

I would lose the border and change the colon to ‘on’ so it says ‘Crew on’

I have received hundreds of business cards and have never seen one with a border that large. It strikes me as ‘homemade.’ Color is fine to have and adds a pop but I would not have it as shown because the border shrinks all of your fonts. The other aspects look good.

Do you have any content on the back? Who is printing them? I ask because the card stock can also make a quick impression.

I like the border but I might shrink it, I put it there on the originals years ago because I hate white borders
Nothing on back.
I'll think the crew on over

Same reservations as above regarding the border and "Crew:" text.

Instead of Crew, maybe "Notable Experience:" or "Tire Technician For:" instead. If you need room to fit that, drop the font size to the same as the lines below, but use a bold or italic style to make it stand out from the lines below. Not sure if that font will look good in bold, I'd try italic first.

If you want to keep a red border, i'd suggest a thin red line inset slightly from the edge, or even 2 thin parallel lines. If you want something thicker, maybe use a tire tread pattern? Yes, race slicks don't have a tread pattern, but it's a gimmick and a tread pattern automatically registers "tire" in the brain. You can say they're rain tires.

Are you having a print shop make them? Make sure the printer can do a full-color picture like that. I suppose nowadays it's easy with inkjets, but in the old days "engraved" business cards were limited to one color of ink, or maybe two if you paid extra.

Go with a thin line on the border or delete., as noted by Dave_W and Cholmes1, and pitch crew completely going with Dave's line of " Notable Experience " or maybe " Experience with." You could also consider "Tire Mgr. for:" if that applies but "Notable Experience " is my favorite so far. Maybe Tire Management for : could be used but I am just brainfarting as though you have specialist above I am trying to think of a way to show you were in charge of the tire crew with those groups. Crew is too non-specific , and it would need a lot more for impact , like Tire Crew Chief .

Good luck and you other option is a small story on the back of the card with something like .............

Over the years I have had the privilege of working with many Amateur and Professional Race Teams as Lead Mgr for their racing tire crew and it has enabled me to share in many Championships. I may be an old dog, but I still come running when I get a whiff of fresh race rubber. ( i.e. example only )
