Doing some double secret practice before LS I see. ;D I wish I knew you were going to be there today. I had a friend of mine there with his new black BMW M3. Maybe you saw him there. He's about 80 and a life long racer that's starting to slow down a bit so moved to HDPE. He might join us at LS.

I did see him there. Yeah, it was a last minute signup for me. My brother was there with his PCA buddies and talked me into joining them. It was a Track Masters event, and I was surprised how often I was without an instructor. As it was, they only ran 3 groups and were short handed with instructors. The guys that did ride with me were very helpful though, and by the end of the day my driving was significantly better than after BTA. Progress...

Thunderhill is a great track. Ran there with LeMons last year. Can't wait to get back there in my real race car.

The "Paint" is AstroTurf -- Slick! The good news is there's lot's of it and ample run off. I guess the F1 cars are going a little quicker than us
