0ld Ford Automotive Racing Terror
Met fellow TMO member, MadMatt at Heartland Motorsports Park ( Topeka ) and he was rocking his Class in his GT Stang. I know he won on Saturday , but did not stick around on Sunday afternoon to see how things turned out? I seem to have an electrical glitch , and had switched over to Road Racing instead of Time Trials ( maybe should have stayed there, as I got timed runs from qualifying and on Saturday was 4 seconds ahead of the Class Leader). That would have gotten us two wins with Blue Oval Beasts, and though I was having issues I did at least qualify 3rd overall , both days, out of all the machines running the actual road race. Hopefully Mad Matt took some pics of his car and some of the other Mustangs running in the Time Trials. Hope to see him drive over from Iowa to Hastings for the Mustang Roundup, as the boy is pretty damn fast!
