Pretty sure that's the venue where I saw it too.

Yeah, we started out racing Lemons with the 737-100 in 2012, the dash 100 got destroyed in 2013 when one of our (former) drivers rolled it three times at Sears Pt.; though it did go out a winner (at Laguna, with ChampCar in 2012).
Then, we built the 737-200 (the car shown here), and have raced it since 2013, with a couple overall wins with Lucky Dog (at Laguna), a 2nd place in the 2018 season championship, and about a dozen podiums. She's a hotrod!
