Track day/session forms?

Hello all,
does anyone have a track day and track session form that you use to check off track preparation items and log session data? I've been thinking about developing my own, but I figured there might be someone out there that already has a template. Examples of checklist items:

Gear for track weekend checklist
Car setup checklist

Session checklist:
Pre:
Hood is latched/secured
Wheel torque checked
Cold tire pressures
Tire tread/wear check
Fluid check in engine bay/underside of car
Wheel chock removed
Telemetry/recording gear configured/ready
Traction control on or off (driver/car-dependent)

Post:
Hot tire pressures
Gauge check (oil temp/pressure, coolant temp, diff temp, etc.)
Wheel chock
Hood up
Mileage
Lap times
Session notes
Telemetry/recording gear off
Whatever else I'm missing...

Nice work, thanks for posting. We don't allow Word/Excel and other changeable files to be uploaded for security reasons but PDF's and images work well. I use screen shots a lot myself.

I've been using the NASA HPDE checklist for pre/post inspection. You could also look at what Longacre/Intercomp include in their setup sheets and go from there using excel/word.

Here's my event prep checklist. Fluids changed in spring, and checked thereafter. Its a little long, but covers all the bases.

Hook up charger to trailer wench battery
Sign up for event
Print tech inspection sheet (BMW, PCA events)
Hotel reservation
Inspect hardware, UCA, LCA, Watts, brake lines, sway bars, etc.
Grease LCAs
Brakes
- Fluid change/bleed
- Race pads installed
- Bed/season
Diff fluid change
Tranny fluid
Engine oil
Tire pressures
- Boss, 42 psi -- bleed down at track
- Trailer 35 psi
- Pickup 35 rear, 30 front
Put car magnet numbers on
Install harness
Clean windows
Buy insurance
Clean truck windows, Rain X mirrors
Organize tools, etc
Floor mat removed
