trustworthy shop for ring and pinion install?

Can anyone recommend a good shop in or near Chicago that can do a ring and pinion install? Some places claim they can, but I think it's an art form! Thanks.

A Ford dealer maybe your best bet. Diff set up is a bit of an art form. To do the job right you need a case spreader, pinion depth gage, dial indicator, inch pound beam or dial reading torque wrench, a fish scale and have the diff out of the car. You can do it without these tools and with the diff in the vehicle but it makes it a lot harder to do and to get it right. I've done a fair amount of diff's and integral carriers are the worst. There's a reason why Ford's 9" diff is the most copied diff made.
I'm contemplating a gear change in my car and I may just buy a complete rear axle out of the wrecking yard and build a complete spare rear axle with the new ratio in it.
