E85 helps a bunch but I have done a number of things to help with cooling. Big oil cooler, custom 3 pass/3 row aluminum radiator, (water crosses core 3 times on its way through) 32 psi radiator... What rear shocks are on your car? The shock at full extension determines the droop, so aftermarket shocks that are a bit longer than OEM might allow the suspension to swing lower causing the interference. To be clear, I'm grasping at straws now.
