BMR now wants me to remove the Vorshlag plates and put the stock isolators back on. That is a helluva lot of work to go where I don’t want to be. They claim they have never had this issue before. I am asking to see if anyone has. (see full post)
Thanks I sent a PM to Apex and didn't get a reply. I'm surprised there isn't a go-to square setup these days. It's like civilization has taken a step backwards. (see full post)
The system is amazing. Totally changed the car and took me from top 20 in the PAX to fighting for the lead. I could potentially even improve it more as im probably on springs too stiff for the bumpy autocross lot we use, but its obviously still... (see full post)
hey @mavisky , I just found this thread. Are you still on the MMR MCS doubles setup? I'm ready to move to a coil over setup and have been eyeing that one. Are the camber plates holding up well? (see full post)
@BackInBlack I’m confused, you replied to @steveespo that you’re running a stock tune, but then you posted results of a series of SCT canned tunes? Maybe I missed something but have you ever downloaded and tested a confirmed stock tune? Are... (see full post)
Fingers crossed, i know this has been a long saga for you. The Radium stuff always looks great and to me seems like they have put proper though behind their designs.
Coming from a workshop that dealt with a lot of 80's 911's, i remember reading 1... (see full post)
I'm not sure if the previous owner added the dongle or if my '17 was one of the first to get it but mine has carplay. And how big of a recommendation is that DSC controller? Mine also has aftermarket 18" wheels with a 245/40 tire and I can say... (see full post)
Just finishing a project rebuilding my daughter’s 2016 Focus RS. 23k miles, new engine, clutch, brakes cooling system, hood, bumper and left fender. Added a DSC suspension module, love the ride now.
Fun car to drive. Putting some miles on it... (see full post)
It is very interesting reading this nearly 10 years later and the criticisms seem fair. I just got one a few weeks ago and on the street it is a fun little car. I got it to do 3 things in this order: daily drive to work with my dog in the... (see full post)
Garlits' museum is about 50 miles from me, I've seen the car, Smokey was in my rolodex (remember those?) in my sprint car days, I had quite a few conversations with him, great guy, shame to see what happened to his garage after he passed... being... (see full post)
Wow, you are bringing back some memories. I had forgotten all about that car. I had my doubts at the time, and I still do. It seems that had the technology provided the benefits promised, somebody would have picked it up and run with it by... (see full post)
I use the old “turkey baster” bulb vent mounted on the top of an FRPP diff cover and that’s done the trick for me. But it appears that bulb vent is discontinued and Ford came out with this tube instead? This might be a good easy first step to... (see full post)
It’s actually made for filling, but obviously not up to that level. You’re supposed to remove the factory fil plug on the front of the axle to monitor the quantity while you add fluid in that top hole. Ease of service, but it doesn’t change the... (see full post)
My Personal opinion is that a PP1 car don't even need springs camber plates and Front Swaybar is enough to make it a great canyon car and reasonable well performing track car. Mustangs actually don't play well with lowering over 0.5 inches (roll... (see full post)
