Right now the best option for a strong but inexpensive bottom end is a factory Dark Horse short block. They are super strong and pretty bulletproof up to 1000 hp. So a N.A. Boss build will not stress it much at all. About $5k if you have a... (see full post)
The hose from reservoir to master doesn't need to be rated for pressure. Its just a feed line. It just needs to be compatible with the fluid. (see full post)
