Surprised me. Also shows how close everyone was. I think I was only 0.3s out of 12th from 19th. Day 1 I was 1.5 seconds slower than fastest run. Day 2 only 0.5 seconds slower. Still need to find some more time, but getting closer. (see full post)
OPGs aren't really that much of an issue, the crank gear can be but only if you're hanging a supercharger off the snout of the crank or banging off the rev limiter constantly. It's an overstated problem but a fairly easy 'while you're in there' (see full post)
If you go to tireguymafia on Instagram and cruise around there are several videos where the wheel is mounted to a spindle, then a steel wheel is rotated around inside it, to fix the dent. There's also some with welding, but I'd buy a new wheel... (see full post)
Usually the bend is on the barrel of the wheel, I just lay them on an old piece of carpet, face down, and hit from the inside. If the bend is on the outside ( the supported side) then it gets a bit more complicated, your method might be worth a try. (see full post)

Got one a while back, but went back to bleeding brakes the old fashioned way with a captive family member. Got better/cleaner results faster. (see full post)
Very interesting reply, thanks! These are Apex SM10, 19x11, with roller forged barrels.
Here are the runouts (thousandths) as provided by the repair specialist:

Wheels....if they are forged wheels you can grab a large ball peen hammer and a 4x4 piece of wood and work them back closer to spec. You can probably do that with factory cast wheels as well but not aftermarket ones. Seriously don't think you'd... (see full post)
Motive bleeder is great for a firm pedal, but is absolutely terrible if you don't evacuate the entire reservoir pressure pot. It always seems to lead to overflowing the MC a bit and no matter how fast I am, I cannot get the big syringe in there... (see full post)
Thanks guys! I'm a bit of a detail nut. It's my first true passion. Since the tank does have threaded fittings for the two small coolant lines, I may touch those up a bit and swap them out for some AN fittings and braided lines. Get rid of... (see full post)
This video covers a few moments from the 16th annual Mustang Roundup & Fast Fords event in Hastings, Nebraska. This event features a nice little car show and multiple days of HPDE at Motorsport Park Hastings. Enjoy some of the car show and the...
I'm looking to take the plunge into a coilover setup in the next few months and have been reading prior posts and recommendations. It seems the most highly recommended setups are either from Vorshlag or Cortex and I reached out to both for their...
Lost some 3 engines... memory has blocked the exact amount for some reason. None have been OPG or pump related. But definitely oil cooling and line size related. (see full post)
@Fabman kills tremecs and I kill Getrags :idontknow: . At least my calimer stage 3 with the 26 spline seems to be surviving well so far. (see full post)
