Cortex vs Vorshlag Coilovers

I'm looking to take the plunge into a coilover setup in the next few months and have been reading prior posts and recommendations. It seems the most highly recommended setups are either from Vorshlag or Cortex and I reached out to both for their recommendations on my 2024 GT. Both recommended the MCS double adjustable with remote reservoir. I responded back to both companies with further questions on the setups, but oddly enough, neither responded to my follow up questions.

I have been trying to research the differences in the Cortex vs Vorshlag setup, and I'm not 100% certain this is accurate, but it appears that the Cortex system has a front strut which is manufactured by Cortex with MCS internals where Vorshlag is an off the shelf MCS strut. It looks like both the standard MCS rear shock. Is this correct? What is the difference in the two setups? The Cortex pricing of $6,195 includes the springs and camber plates, where the Vorshlag is $7,098 with springs and camber plates.

I couldn't be happier with my MCS through Vorshlag. Terry is Terry, don't take his social media personally.

I have spent a lot of money at Cortex (cambered axle, SLA front) and while the product is simply amazing, the service and delivery is...er...not great. I got my MCS fronts for the SLA through Cortex and they took several months past promised date, were ordered by Cortex from MCS with the wrong hoses and were too short. Given what I spent on the suspension it was a little frustrating to have to re-engineer the droop and find a place to mount reservoirs on hoses that are about 12 inches long. I could have had both problems fixed by MCS, but on my dime and because the shipment took 4 months longer than promised, I was backed up against an event.

Also, I install a lot of camber plates for customers. Vorshlag are hands down the best of all. They are easily adjustable, work CORRECTLY with the most spring packages and offer the most camber of any other brand.
