- Bought it new from Varsity Ford on A-Plan just before I left Ford Body Engineering. Lava Red w/lava Red interior Brembo GT with manual transmission heated seats and back up camera.
It replaced my '92 LX hatch I had set up with a Roush/Bondurant Torque Arm and MM phb on MM TA springs 95 cobra R front springs tokico illumina dampers on 99cobra wheels 96 spindles 13" cobra brakes and Hoosier scrubs.
Plan for the '12 was always HPDE modeled around a Boss 302S. Will add a splitter and spoiler, oil cooler and hood, twin disc clutch, and trailer to events and more seat time. More horsepower will come very last after all the safety, handling, and durability are exhausted.
