Can linelock be added to the 2012/2013 Boss 302 cars? just through programming? or is there specific parts to acheive line lock? thanks

Can anyone tell me why the pcm needs to be reprogramed when performing this TSB......the Ford service tech could not tell me why so I thought I would ask the forum for advice. I bought the kit ($174) which includes a new belt, idler and tensioner pulleys and 2 bolts and want to do this myself...

Yep, I wanted to see the responses first before I mentioned too much in my original post. I am switching to a one piece driveshaft. I want to see high 11's. It would be all stock except for the shaft/slicks. So for occasional dragstrip runs with stock HP the torsen should be ok, huh ?.....cool!

If I take it to the track I will be compelled to use slicks. Is the torsen rear end an issue?

You're right, but you have a purpose on the race course and the rev match/blip doesn't last any where near as long as the free revving that was demonstrated.

Man, I cringe when I see/hear engine rev videos. It is not healthy to rev an engine like that unless it is under load..... :o It does sound good though!
