    No, ford has good ones and bad ones, so does everyone else. No one is exempt these days. Oddly the Lincoln version of the edge doesn't have an issue. It is suppose to be the same transmission.

    They use the same transmission, just add in a Transfer case for AWD.

    Theres a million corvettes, theres 8,000 Boss mustangs. ( give or take )

    Transmission in the Edge is crap, they don't hold up.

    They have a Turbo version of the Cobra Jet that makes some big HP numbers. I expect we may see some version of a turbo.

    I expect it may be some form of 5.0 twin turbo. They have been working on turbo versions for a while now.

    Rumour is that 2014 is the last year for the 5.8. If there is a future Shelby, it will be a 5.0 car apparently.

    Mmmmhmmm Short for Nitrous oxide system and has been since before you were born, I care less about they call it in Hollywood...

    Nitrous is the gift that keeps on giving, it is poor mans supercharging. It is a way to stuff more fuel and air in to the motor, simple idea. Disaster if you do it wrong. Run outa Nitrous, motor bogs, no big deal. Run outa fuel, motor says good bye and books a flight to another country...
