That’s a good point but it’s a $3000 set of tires. I will re evaluate. One weekend out of the fronts seems pretty “sad” but no one said this sport was for the timid

You can flip and keep running 3 of them. I don't think that would be a problem. It may act a little different than when running then the original way, but I doubt if it would be all that big of a deal. The tire missing the chunk of rubber needs to be replaced.Ok the “blister “ is on rear. Yeah they do look terrible a lot of money down the drain in a weekend. You sure i can’t flip them
and keep running? I’ll check the alignment something might be off
Camber set to ford recommended -2.25 (but looks like more)

It might make sense to replace 2 tires and put the best two used on the 'inside' side of the car at the next track you run. Keep the oddball tire to fix this type of situation in the future.

It is difficult to find a staggered track tire set up to fit the Dark Horse handling package wheels. I intend to go with an aftermarket square 11" wheel set up eventually. It's just money . . . right?FWIW, once you kill off the rest of those tires, I would do something different. Like a different brand/tire. One thing, $3k, but regardless of that something with the combo of the car, tire and your driving style is not happy.
More camber no matter what

I'd recommend a front camber setting of at least -3*. -3.5* would be better. Rear camber set to -1.8*.So now we know that -2.25° is not enough.
What are you running for negative camber on the rear?
Did you check the toe? Where is it set front and rear?
I wonder if he cut that on a curb or something? Road Atlanta, and a few others are noted for thatI'd recommend a front camber setting of at least -3*. -3.5* would be better. Rear camber set to -1.8*.
Agreed just a layer of rubber peeling offYa, although I'd call it a delamination, not a blister. A blister is a different thing.
It was set to specs in the manual. I need to recheck and or reset as it looks worse so something might have changed..Tine to start cutting and modifyingSo now we know that -2.25° is not enough.

Stock pads are down to 5-6 mm so basically doneBrakes.
Are you still on the stock pads?
Well these were 305/315 staggered so I am considering 305 square or 315 square305 square and be done with it. Don't get hung up on stock tire sizes, it's costing huge amounts of money (and performance). The proper 305 will be faster and better wearing than whatever is happening now.
