Any tips on fabricating a radiator & intercooler duct setup for this? As you can see a lot of air can escape on the sides. But there are support pieces and crash bars and harnesses everywhere that would make putting anything there quite difficult.

Sorry - I apparently ADHD'd this and completely forgot about it or missed it.
It's a nascar radiator I bought off of eBay and modified. I believe it came off a car of tomorrow (IIRC, 2011 cup car).
During the tests referenced above, I did run an equally large oil cooler (the oil cooler and the radiator use the same core with different end tanks). I ended up removing the oil cooler because it is so overkill and the oil temp just fluctuated up and down around the thermostat opening. I am testing a water to oil cooler now (not run it yet) to lose some weight.
That's kind of cool about the oil cooler, though, just staying around the thermostat setting. Talk about predictability. No worries about the oil temperature rising the longer you stay on track.
That is one odd looking radiator. Was there a lot of fabrication involved in getting it installed into your Mustang?

This was the kick in the pants I needed to finalize the updates I was making earlier this year. Sorry lots of moving parts in the last several months. I took measurements and have revised panels on the way to make sure fitment is perfect. More to come in the next two weeks! SendCutSend is super fast.
