Hello all,

I'm a noob to the forum world, so forgive me if my formatting is incorrect or if this topic has been covered before. I have a 2014 Mustang GT and I was considering some ergo mods for next year. I'd like to try the Ford Performance Sparco wheel (link to the kit here: https://racereadymotorsport.com/products/complete-s197-steering-wheel-kit) but my only concern is that this eliminates my buttons for cruise control and the gauge cluster menu. At the moment the car is mostly a CAMC build for autocross, and used for the occasional date night ;) and given that I don't have a trailer for it, I still need to drive it to and from all of my events.

So I was wondering if any of you guys have experience with rerouting those controls to somewhere else in the car. I'm somewhat mechanically adept and have a 3D printer with access to CAD, so I'm not opposed to designing a bracket for these controls, I was just curious if this has been done or if my idea is simply not possible. Let me know what you guys think, thanks!!

A few noteworthy details in these threads:
There are a few different methods to relocate the controls from the stock steering wheel. I chose to eliminate the clock spring and rewired from the plugs to the controls which I mounted in an easy to reach location.

Here’s the details on how I did my 2014. I removed the audio controls, and only retained the keypad for navigating the center dash screen. The pin out and wiring detail is posted here as well.
