Anyone have a decent e mail provider?

I've been with Reagan.com for about 20years. They " improved" it when they got rid of the customer support phone line. They then " improved" it more when they got rid of customer support chat. Now you send a message out to infinity and they never get back to you.
I was trying to open an e mail link on a telecom appointment when things went awry.
I've cut/ pasted over 30 customer service requests in the last 48hours. I've heard nada. Unfortunately I have tons of info on there, but screw them, I'm over it.

Over the years I had clients open email accounts with Proton Mail so that I could communicate with them without worrying about being hacked or someone invading the attorney-client privilege.
