When I ran the continental/Hoosier 305/680R18 slicks. The car felt really good. I will admit the car felt a bit better in the corners with Continental Extreme Force Contacts 305/30R18s. I also had new dampers and springs.

No surprise to many of us and your butt-o-meter may be quite correct as the Continentals were very slow. Many of us who bought them were quite disappointed at how slow they were and I know quite a few who disliked them so much they ended up selling them to new novice track rats. I would say you likely got better feed back and input from the Extreme Force Contis than the old Conti slicks.

Look at what is under the strut tower brace. There's *no* tire that's gonna make that car 'stick like glue,' LOL!
