I run the Apex 20x11.5 squared setup with the 325/30-20 CRSV2s (I try to copy Stan all the time 🤓) and they fit fine. I've seen indications of very, very minor rubbing on the rear inner fender liner but that's it. I think occasionally it may rub on the inner liner on a particularly hard corner. I have started using a 10mm spacer on the rear but am going to a 3mm because I felt the 10mm made the tire stick out too far. I've had good luck using a 19mm spacer up front.
So do GT500s not have cooling issues on track in spite of the supercharger and horsepower figures starting with a 7?

I normally run about 10-15min at 9-10/10ths, in a time trial scenario. The 200TW tires overheat faster than the powertrain does. It is somewhat detuned in stock calibration to be able to run consistently for a decent length session. I've only had heat related power reduction once when I pushed hard for several laps in the worst Texas summer weather 100+ degrees.

Even in that weather the car will run 3-4 hard laps with no perceivable power loss (ie end of straight mph is unchanged). At last year's cooler (60-70) SCCA TT nationals at Pitt Race my best lap of the weekend came on lap 4, with each lap having 2 pulls to 140. The cooling package is very effective.

Lap 4 here and still pulling strong...

Hi @Stan Whitney ...quick question. For the MCS in the rear, does your t bar mount underneath the LCA or on top? I thought I had something wrong when I was installing mine as I have GT500 RLCAs

Old post on my part. Since then I found my scales were reading incorrectly. My car ended up weighing around 4216 with a full tank. Apex forged 20x11.5 square with 325/30/20 Nankang crs and CMS roll bar .

Since then have gone to race seats, gt350 front brakes, 19” wheels. So running around 4075.
