 I was just ready to order Steeda springs this morning and thought WTH let me check Ford Racing's site and BAM!!!

Maybe the part number changed? , here's something I found , http://www.fordracingpartsdirect.com/FORD_RACING_2012_2013_BOSS_302_LOWERING_SPRINGS_p/m-5300-t.htm

Hmm those springs look EXACTLY like the Steeda Ultralites I had on my '12. The advertised drop appears roughly the same (keeping in mind that Bosses already sit 10-15mm lower than a GT at the front). Even the number of coils seem to be the same.

I have Ps on my '13 LS and have been contemplating going back to Ultralites (they are stiffer than the Ps). I am very curious about the specs on these new FRPP ones.

Holy crap Hell just froze over! Well better late than never. If these are a drastic improvement over the P springs I'm in otherwise I'll stick with the P springs.

Hopefully one of the Ford Racing members will stop in and explain where in the pecking order these springs fit relative to stiffness between P, K, Pro Kit and Sportlite springs.

I assume they're matched to the stock Boss dampers and not the M-18000-C though......

Any other parts required to install these? Panhard bar, relocation bracket, CC plates?

Looking at the drop, some sort of camber correction would probably be warranted.

I so...hope these are not off the shelf steeda's or someone elses. I was really holding out this time for Ford to develop a spring without using off the shelf parts. I'm in for reviews!

FYI, for those that are comparing these to Steeda's the ebay linked picture is M-5300-K springs and is the same picture on the Ford Racing site as well.

Re: Woo Hoo Boss 'T' springs are here!

I can barely make it in my driveway now with out scraping. This is killing me. I need a contractor to fix this.

Maybe it's just a front set of Ps with a rear set of Ks...

I hope somebody gets a set of these to Vorshlag for testing. I'm sure FR isn't releasing specs on the rates...

I'll probably get a set as soon as they're available from other vendors for a more reasonable price like $240-250.

The pictures that Ive seen so far for the Boss springs M5300T ,say M5300K on the springs , (not the actual springs),I bought a set of the Steeda Boss 302 springs ,I just may use those as I come very close to bottoming out crossing the curb that the township put on the lowerside of our road to direct water , I would like to see a set on a car though !
