Help!!! 2015 GT 5.0 right rear brake noise.

Hello, I am in need of help.

My 2015 GT 5.0 is having a right rear brake issue; the issue is it rattles and sounds like it might be sticking. Here is a list of what I have done to fix the issue. I bought the car used and it had a Bear drag racing rear brake kit on it. I'm a track day kind of guy after racing SCCA.
1. Installed OEM replacement calipers and removed Bear brake kit. Went to a track day and it started making noises right rear like the pad was hitting the slots in the disk.
2. Installed new rear pads and bled brakes. Did a quick pad bedding and it was fine. After another track day the noise came back and was worse.
3. Installed a new set of rear calipers (Stoptec) issues went away. Installed Hawk track pads DTC30 and bedded them in, noise came back and is even worse.
4. Installed new bearing package, noise still happens.
5. Installed new knuckle, noise still happens.
6. Just had a new ABS control unit installed and noise still happens.
7. No dust shield installed.
9. Tires rotated after track days.
10. Tried different rotors and pads noise stays on right and doesn't go away.
11. Video is coasting in neutral at 20 mph, you can hear when I touch the brake it stops and comes back right away.
12. Removed ebake cable and reinstalled it no change.
13. Can stop noise by lightly pressing brake pedal and lightly pulling on ebrake handle.
14. Runout of hub and rotor in spec.
15. Will stop for about 2-3 days each time it's worked on but comes back.

It makes the noise at low speed, high speed and coasting in neutral; the only time it goes away now is in reverse.

I'm not sure what to throw at it next? Has anyone had this happen and if so, how was it fixed?

That's sounds like the edge ofsheet metal rubbing. The thing is you said no heat shield installed. Given the amount of work done at the wheel end I'd start looking further inboard. At what I'm not sure. I'd expect to see fresh clean metal where it's rubbing. Can you get the car in the air, even just the back half you you can look at it while it's running. If you don't have a stethoscope, a long screwdriver on components and the other end to your ear. It will amplify the vibrations and help track the source.
Just thought about heat shields above the exhaust and centre drive shaft. That would line up with direction of rotation changing the noise.
