check with Watson Racing, they may have a template. www.watsonracing.com
While you are at it, I would purchase the radiator enclosure from them that is designed to work with your tubular front bumper. It is super effective in helping to keep things cool.

I would ask for John Phillips.

Also,
Cortex racing in Sonoma may have a template; they installed my bumper with no issues.

This is the template I got from @Tri-bar a couple of years ago. Update: The template is marked 2010 - 2012.

Here's what John at watson sent me

It’s fairly simple to locate the trim area by mounting the fascia over the tow hook loop mount and tapping it with your fist to make a witness of the area, this will give you an area to start from then its trim, test, trim, test.

That's what I basically did for the rear bumper bar and tow hook
