Was this a first? As I've never seen or heard of anything like this before on a Dyno.

I'm not sure what caused the failure but it's a reminder to check your tires and know the speed rating on them. Since we are on this topic, what are the speed ratings of Pirelli and Continental slicks? Anyone know?
