Are you out at the Ridge often? I am hoping to have my 2012 ready for it first track outing soon, and will shoot for the Ridge. I was looking at Turn 2, or HOD.

I go there once or twice a month - usually with Turn2. If you can make their Late Apexing events during the weekday afternoons there's usually a relatively small turnout and you typically get five 20-30 minute sessions.

Thanks for the info. Ya, I can switch my schedule around a bit, so maybe I will go with them as soon as I have the car ready.

Do you have prior track experience? If not, you should contact the organizers beforehand to make sure there's somebody available to coach you.

I have been to the ridge on my bike, but would still like a coach for the first time out. Do you have to pre- set that up to have a coach, or can you register with one?

Some pics from Road America this past weekend. Loads of fun, as you can see running with Black Boss in his Red '17 350R and there is old 21, continuing its shakedown return driven by new 3 Yanks and a Brit Team member Ernie Lombardo. The 21 car was quickest of the weekend running a best of 2:30.14, 121 car managed a best of 2:32.39 and Nick was running mostly 2:31s-2:32s on older Continental and Hoosier R7s. I'm sure he ran quicker on the sticker R7s he put on for Sunday's final day. Many good friends attended the event including our third Yank 2012-Boss who was also super quick running low 2:31s all weekend. Hopefully more TMO members can join us and the Northwoods Shelby Club next year.
