I drive like a grandma on the street but started tracking my car this year. As expected, the track days are quickly wearing down my front brake pads. They are down to just a few millimeters. However, my rear pads look damn near brand new. Tons of pad left.

I purchased G-Loc R10 (front) and R8 (rear) pads to replace my stocks. But now I’m questioning whether to install the new rears at this point or to save them for after my stock pads have worn down. I imagine doing both is the smart move to maintain the proper front/rear bite balance, but wanted to double check with you smart people.

What would you do?
