Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Got my BF Goodrich Rivals today.
Just little 275/35/18.
No use in posting pics since Gary's got his slicks a few posts back and it would be underwhelming :-[

Those should work well on the new pavement at BIR.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

I had a lot of time to think about my goals for my BOSS while on a 9-month deployment as part of a carrier strike group (July 2013 to April 2014). Thankfully, I was able to keep current with what everyone was doing to their cars and what parts were available here on BMO while I was gone. I spent last month gathering up the exact parts I wanted to make my BOSS a trackable street car, and yesterday, I completed a week's worth of work of modifications after a year's worth of planning.

- Maximum Motorsports Road and Track Grip Box (springs, Koni shocks and struts, front sway bar, pan hard bar)
- Steeda radiator support
- Steeda adjustable upper 3rd link
- Ford Racing front control arms with delrin bushings
- Moroso aluminum oil pan
- Kook's shorty street headers
- Whiteline transmission mount insert

Also, my new Race Ramps I purchased for the car trailer came in handy yesterday while driving the car on the alignment machine.

Thanks to all for contributing to BMO so that others like myself can stay informed and learn about our beloved hobby!

You'll love the Kooks shorties...best mod I've done! Even better with no side pipe restrictor plates.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Finally found someone with the right equipment to do a neutral relearn after I changed my clutch to an EXEDY.
(The car was going on limp mode every single time I would rev it over 5K).
Now its all right again.
Still some issue with the ABS DTC (I have the 302S module).
Note: I would not recommend the EXEDY for a DD as it is a bit on the grabby side ;)

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Finally got my race wing installed and brought her home after a couple weeks at the body shop. She's good as new--minus a few decals that will be replaced shortly. :)

That wing means serious business!
I like it better than the OEM Boss 302S which has strange looking brackets...

Damn that looks great! I like the decals you have on already. Sometymes less is better IMHO.

Did a couple things this morning
Changed the diff fluid after 3500 miles and 14 track hours.

Then I cleaned up the firewall a little, removed insulation blanket to save .6 lbs. ::)

I do like how that looks though. Going to start fitting the separate clutch reservoir and my upsized (-8AN) under hood fuel line.

Mounted clutch reservoir. Need to get either Automatic brake reservoir, F150 larger reservoir if the port spacing is the same or plug the stocker.
