Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Installed my KR diff reservoir, seemed tight between the "adapter fitting" and 90 degree nipple, had to bend the arms of the reservoir up so there was no interference. After several attempts of hose routing I ended up running the hose between the two arms and over to prevent kinking in the tube.

Also did the sound tube delete with p/n 42098 (Autozone DORMAN part) and a 1.5 inch end cap from ACE hardware, I think the part was originally for a walker as that's what the box showed its use for!

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Thanks Grant. Not cheap but probably worth it at autoX or track days. And I definitely agree on the satin hood vents, especially when since they will match the hockey stripes.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Installed the Blowfish bracket. Took 1.5 hours. With my configuration (MGW, ARH headers and 3" x pipe) had to drop one exhaust tube to be able to get brackets in place. Great quality, did not have to remove driveshaft, installed bracket to bracket bolts with the heads inside. Gives 1/8" extra driveshaft clearance on either side, let rear go into full droop, no chance of driveshaft contacting bolt heads. Steve did an excellent job with this, I wish him great success.

Put my belts on my roll bar, a lot more adjusting then you'd think to get everything right!

any pictures of where your RB down tubes go thru the X brace and rear seat delete. Also how did you make the holes in the seat delete. I was wondering if a hole saw might work. Not sure if it will catch and tear it.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

For the loose ends of the harnesses hanging down behind the bar, once I get them adjusted where I want them, I roll the loose ends up tight, slide a zip tie through them and then close the zip tie. This keeps the ends rolled up tight, usually against the buckle, and doesn't allow them to flap madly when flying down the track with the windows open. Usually takes two zip ties for each rolled end to accomplish. Works really well.

How is the visibility in the rear view mirror with the Watson Roll Bar?

Put in the blow fish bracket and whiteline bushing insert! Wow what a difference! No lock out so far and the shifts are smooth under high rpm. Just only a slight vibration at the shifter but no big deal. No noticeable NVH otherwise.
Also got my new Bell Sport helmet and fireproof race jacket for the drags next week. Can't wait to test everything out.

This showed up in the mail today so I don't have to keep switching it between the DD and back ;D

Mine has yet to let me down. Just don't bother with the X bands it will be constantly going off. In the very first week I had it pick up a K band so I slowed down a tad from 60 to the 55 limit (stupid limit for a straight 3-lane). A full mile later I saw the Statie sitting on the other side of an overpass and down in the ditch, no direct line of sight till I was right next to him. Then a Challenger buzzed by me only 5 over and I see a big dust cloud in the rear mirror and a cruiser fly out of it lol. It's good to have even if you are not excessively speeding, the Challenger did not deserve to get pulled over... You have a heads-up that people might slam on their brakes on seeing the cruiser, too.

EDIT: removed image link in reply.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

I think I should have gone with the Escort model. I went Valentine One. Nice small unit but I think it's just generates random beeps and lights. Goes off all the time and I have yet to see LE on the side of the road.
