Exactly, then there's the sand and salt all over the roads. I hate getting that crap on my trucks and cars. Hope to see you next season. Had a crazy busy year with downsizing and tons of reno's going on. I should get more track time in 2025.Carver! Dude! Where ya been? Our paths didn't cross this year. Bummer!
Nov. 1 is my date to get the oil change done, put the cover on it, turn the trickle charger on and put it up on the lift. It will be there until next April.
As your photo shows the weather is too sketchy up here this time of year. One minute the sun is out and 5 minutes later it's 🌨 snowing.
I actually have some too that I used for about a year that I took for for coilovers if someone needs any.Have a good weekend guys and happy Veteran's day to the vets.
Got a full set of Koni yellows going on the car this weekend. Got em on a 20% off fall sale going on right now if anyone else needs any. They're selling out though. I kept getting backordered so I had to cancel and re-buy from somewhere else 2 times. Got the rears from Summit and the fronts from Tire Rack.
Awesome. Maybe come up and run the big track? Living 15 minutes from Mosport is a track addict's dream!Exactly, then there's the sand and salt all over the roads. @dcpatters - yes, you should ABSOLUTELY give Big Willow a go. It's one of my favorite tracks. And, you don't need to upgrade the brakes at all - WSIR is not a brake intensive track. Come sign up for a NASA event. Our schedule is here.Appreciate the feedback Bill and Mad Hatter. I’m researching and planning on upgrading the brake setup next. Rotors, pads, fluid and stainless lines. Some folks here in SoCal are telling me I should give Willow Springs a go. Ordered “T” springs and an adjustable panhard bar.
Crappy part, 4 weeks out from a total knee replacement so paying for this stuff to get installed.
They parked you next to the Yugo? Haiyaah!View attachment 99701
Got invited to the annual Cars and Coffee track event. Could not go, but mechanic will take the car for a spin!
Thanks for the details. Checked out the site and registered. Reviewed everything as well. NASA SoCal will be @ WSIR 15/16 March 2025. Hopefully, you're all healed up by then!
Come hollah!
Some thing French I think. Renault or Peugeot by the looks of it. Not much better then the Yugo in any case! My mechanic wore the Boss well, he beat the 800 hp ZL1-LE in the autocross and didn't crash the car so I am happy. tomorrow its off to the track. They parked you next to the Yugo? Haiyaah!
