3 Bosses on track... mine in the paddock...
2012 pretty much stock CO... 2nd fast for the day
2012 Laguna Seca - silver
2013 SBY
my 2013 GB

had a great time
Just talked to a guy running a heavily modified Evo in 1:39s which is flying. Sounds like Bill's running really fast in the CO Boss and giving the Vettes fits.

Just corner weighed the Boss and will post up tonight.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Set camber and caster with my Longacre AccuLevel, -2.0/7.0 degrees and set toe -1/16" with my quick car toe plates. Spent $300 on equipment but save $125 taking it to a shop. Flushed out the Super Blue and replaced with Motul RBF 600. Now if I can find a Road Force tire breaker/balancer setup to offset the $35 per mounting I will be independent. Let's see that is 1000 tire changes to offset the cost of the equipment.........don't think I can sell that one to the wife (who held the ends of the tapes and pumped the brake pedal for me).

Move went fine but a long day there and back plus the move.

After scaling the Boss today the steering wheel was cocked at 2 and 8 going straight down the road ??? When I got home I pulled the front wheels and checked strut to spindle bolts (hogged strut hole) and strut mount nuts and all were tight to torque values. Going to have to take it to the dealer to put on alignment rack tomorrow. Could have used Steve's new gear today to check camber. We had to jack it up pretty severely to get the scales under it but what could have moved?? If something did obviously better today than at the track next weekend.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Gary, see my Koni's laying in the corner anywhere? ? ? Nice pics!

Had plenty of Boss time today, now that the snow is gone and the gravel alley is basically dry.
- Washed
- Installed Saleen grill for better track day cooling
- Called USAA to reactivate liability/uninsured/under insured coverage

Monday--drive the Boss to work (haven't driven the Boss or worked since November--hope I don't stop driving and working again this fall).

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Had to move my Daughters DD to it's new home, so all I got to do was hose the tree snot off it. I did get to see a RR 13 about 50 miles from where I live. Different town but there is at least one other one here on the island.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Had planned to wash clay and wax because it was 70 Sat & Sun all day but Nooooooo
1. Pressure Washer blows a head gasket and shatters the chemical inlet (3 hrs to order parts - 2 was finding my manual)
2. Operation Clean Fence scrapped - so onto Weedwhack Cut & Blow. Weedwhacker taks a giant sh*t - off to Lowes for a Husqvarna. Its now 4:30PM Sat
3. Woke up late Sun because of the scotch I drank from being pissed off (briefly happy :p)
4 Operation Open Pool has started. Operation Open Pool goes south an totally FUBAR from bad intel.
5.Take daughter practice driving, its now almost 6PM Sunday
If I hear how was your weekend today Im going POSTAL!

Which jack stands are these? I need a smaller set

Option 1: http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/aluminum+jack+stands.do?sortby=ourPicks&refType%20%20=1
Option 2: http://www.amazon.com/Torin-T43004-Aluminum-Jack-Stands/dp/B0007XTGCI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1367237984&sr=8-1&keywords=race+jack+stand

I've got a set of each, and like the Griots better--closer base/tube fit. Both allow the tube/base to be taken apart with a bolt.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

The jack stands in the picture are from Northern Tool, i like the Amazon link above price better ;). They work pretty well, just be careful as they will walk/rock side to side when supporting one side and jacking up the other. I've never had a failure, but as always...a little caution saves you big headaches.
