Yeah it is tons of fun! Once you get past Bear mtn. State Park there is literally no one on that road and you are winding your way up a mountain so you basically have the side of the road to yourself to have a little bit of fun.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Went for a mountain run through the twisties with my neighbor and his 1LE SS.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Haha, yeah... I didn't expect too much support for the Cheby in here. It's a nice car, drives good etc...but I still will take my Boss over it any day.

We didn't really get too competitive on the way up the road. Single lane highway and slow cars in our way a lot of the time. However, on the clear areas, the Boss was sticking like glue and pulling through corners like, well...like a Boss. Each time I looked back, he was waaaay back there. I think it was more a matter of him not getting on it as hard. These two cars are more evenly matched than you'd expect....

Looks like they're squaring off, ready to go at it.. Love it.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Installed quick-disconnect wiring for my Cool Shirt box (so it can be removed and replaced with a passenger seat on-demand), installed the quick-disconnect wiring for the Battery Tender, and removed the antenna base and plugged the hole w/ a grommet.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Install new Pagid RST-2, thanks Pete, and new Powerslot rotor up front last Saturday and went to the track Sunday to test everything.
My old pad were the RS-29 and with the new one I could brake harder and also more important later. A lot later!!
Very happy with them.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

-Replaced my broken ARP wheel stud
-Installed Vorshlag 17mm open lug nuts (for those with wheels that have small lug holes, i.e. SVE Drfits, these are a must! Thanks to Wayne (Drano38) for the heads up :)
-Received a new stock recovery file from SCT since mine somehow became corrupt
-Switched back to 91 from e85
-Installed the ford racing windshield banner
-Installed custom ford racing quarter window decals from PeteinCT. White w/ matte black. They turned our really great. Thanks Pete!

Are the pipes larger diameter than stock Boss? Only heard of GT500 muffler swaps, not pipes too...

They are the same diameter.

The pipes differ from what comes on the Boss because they have no resonators.

I'm also running GT500 pipes and GT500 mufflers.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

correct, here is a pic of the stock pipes. i think the gt500 have more of a mandrel bend to them
